At OptiMail.Ai, we're committed to helping email marketers, agencies, and consultants maximize inbox placement and sender reputation. Please read this policy carefully to understand how cancellations and refunds work on our platform.

1. Subscription Cancellation

  • You can cancel your paid subscription at any time directly from your account dashboard.
  • No long-term commitments. cancel anytime, no questions asked.
  • Upon cancellation, your account will automatically switch to the Free Plan at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • All previously purchased Seed Test credits remain active and can be used, even without a paid subscription.

2. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Subscription charges (monthly or annually)
  • Unused seed test credits
  • Partial usage during the billing cycle

This policy applies regardless of usage or account activity during the period.

Why? Our platform provides full access during the paid period, and credits never expire. making it flexible and risk-free to pause or downgrade your subscription at any time.

3. Credit Expiry

  • Seed Test credits do not expire and can be used at your convenience — even if you downgrade to the Free Plan.
  • You are only charged when you purchase more credits or activate a paid plan again.

4. Plan Downgrade

If you cancel your subscription:

  • Your integrations (Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.) will be disabled.
  • Access to advanced AI features, predictive analysis, and custom reports will be restricted.
  • Your historical data remains accessible in read-only mode.
  • You can reactivate a plan anytime to regain full access.
